Project Background
DiversiTech opened their East Park DC in 2003. Business changes and growth fueled the need to review operations and develop a strategic roadmap for its distribution operations. The management, although relatively new, made good progress and continues to push forward with operations improvement initiatives. DiversiTech partnered with Peach State to help create labor standards and identify and quantify additional improvement initiatives.

- Developed 14 detailed standards using MOST

- The standards were tailored to DiversiTech provided a benchmark of what level of activity the operators should be
- Savings of over $400k would be realized if all 17 initiatives were implemented with an investment of under $250k
