Peach State uses the sophisticated mathematical models in our Facility Designer Toolset to analyze current and historical distribution activities. We then apply our clients’ strategic forecasts and business plans to those models in order to replicate likely future scenarios. By using flexible algorithms and extensive experience we are able to develop appropriate design alternatives which fit these scenarios. Through comprehensive evaluation of these alternatives, optimal end-of-line production systems, distribution center designs, order fulfillment processes, and operational strategies are developed to meet current and future facility, customer and business requirements.
