Our Customer Support Operations (CSO) group is dedicated solely to optimizing productivity, reliability and maximum return on investment. This means saving as much of your investment as possible and keeping you fully operational.
Service and Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance Service
A CSO technician and a representative from the client’s maintenance staff perform the Preventive Maintenance Service together. This allows the client’s maintenance staff to learn while working with a CSO technician. Services include the following items:
- Visual inspection of the system.
- Repair, adjust, lubricate, and “fine tune” equipment.
- Replace any worn parts.
- Update recommended spare parts lists.
- A report summarizing the results will be supplied to the client. The report will include a recommendation on items that need additional attention or repair.
Preventive Maintenance Audit
The Preventive Maintenance Audit ensures the client’s maintenance department has followed the recommended maintenance procedures. A CSO technician reviews equipment conditions shortly after the client performs preventive maintenance. The audit consists of the following items:
Client is provided with a written report containing inspection checklists, and items that require additional repair or will require additional attention.Review of the client’s inventory of spare parts with recommendations for part replenishment. Review of previously performed preventive maintenance’s by the client or a third party.
System Tune-Up
With all equipment, including material handling, if you do not perform routine maintenance there comes a time when the equipment requires a major tune-up. The System Tune-Up brings the equipment up to an optimal working condition. A CSO technician will be sent to site to perform the following items:
- Visual inspection to determine needed repairs.
- Review of findings with the client.
- Develop plan for repairs, adjustments, and lubrication.
- Parts that are used from or are not in the client’s supply of spare parts will be ordered for replenishment or use.
- Depending on lead-time of ordered parts, reschedule a trip to complete repairs.
- While the technician is on-site, additional training can be performed at a reduced cost. Approximately two weeks advance notice is required to incorporate this into the PM schedule.
- Report summarizing activities completed while on-site. The report will include a recommendation on items that need additional attention or repair.
Peach State recommends the client maintain an inventory of spare parts on-site or on-consignment with Peach State, for quick response during system tune-up.
On-Call Maintenance Service
The On-Call Maintenance Service provides the client with services on an as-needed basis and is billed at a higher rate than regular services.
Full-Time Maintenance Support
Full-time maintenance support can be either temporary to aid in training the maintenance staff, allowing them to become self-sufficient more quickly, or permanent support for those clients who want continuous CSO support.

Maintenance Retraining
Maintenance Retraining is ideal for clients who experience turnover in their maintenance staff. The classes typically are held at the client’s site and consist of classroom and hands-on training.
Parts
Peach State is capable of managing and storing parts in our new facility for clients who are limited in space or who want a third party to manage their spare parts inventory.
Equipment Sales
For those clients who are in need of modifying, expanding, or retrofitting their operations, the System Evaluation monitors and evaluates all parts of your system operation. Peach State supplies a complete analysis report based on the scope.
